Funeral Arrangements

To arrange a funeral ceremony please contact the parish office Tel: (091) 523 413 or contact any of the priests. See more for death notices.

Baptism Arrangements

Call the Parish Office and arrange date and time, giving at least one month’s notice. Baptisms generally take place Saturdays at noon and at 1:30 pm on Sundays.

Marriage Arrangements

Those planning to marry must arrange a meeting with a priest at least three months before the desired wedding date.

Confirmation

Confirmation is celebrated each year in the parish.

Eucharist and First Communion

First Communion takes place in the month of May for the three Primary Schools in the Parish. A Communion preparation programme, ‘Do this in Memory’, is offered throughout the year.

Reconciliation (Confession)

The Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) is available after 10am mass on Saturday and on request.

Housebound and Sacrament of the Sick

The Priests are on call to bring the Sacrament of the sick to those who are in need. The Priests and Eucharistic Ministers are delighted to bring Holy Communion on a regular basis to those unable to come to Church.
